Quick Buffalo Style Turkey Salad
| Ingredients |
| 1 Pound COOKED TURKEY BREAST, cut into 1-ounce pieces |
| 4 Ounces Red Hot Chicken Wing Sauce |
| 12 Ounces romaine lettuce, cleaned, dried and coarsley chopped |
| 4 Ounces celery, sliced, on the bias 1/4-inch thick |
| 6 Ounces blue cheese dressing |
| 2 Ounces sourdough croutons |
| |
- Marinate cooked turkey in Red Hot Chicken Wing Sauce for 30 minutes.
- Remove turkey from marinade, discard marinade and deep-fry turkey until crispy brown.
- While turkey is cooking, toss romaine and celery with blue cheese dressing.
- Remove turkey from fryer and drain on clean paper towels.
- Divide lettuce onto chilled plates and top salads with hot turkey. Sprinkle salads with sourdough croutons.
