Grilled Turkey Scaloppini with Dijon Sauce
| Ingredients |
| 1/4 Cup vegetable oil |
| 1/4 Cup honey |
| 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard |
| 1 Teaspoon lemon zest/peel |
| 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
| 1 Clove garlic, minced |
| 1/4 Teaspoon dried thyme |
| To Taste salt and pepper |
| 1 Pound TURKEY SCALLOPPINI |
| 4 Wedges lemon, for garnish |
| |
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey and lemon wedges. Brush the sauce on the turkey scalloppini.
- Preheat grill. Place turkey, 4-6 inches from the heat source. Grill over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in the center.
- Serve immediately and garnish with lemon wedges.
