2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  1. Place large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. When hot, add oil and butter.
  3. Add turkey cutlets one at a time, making sure skillet is hot prior to each addition.
  4. Cook until edges begin to color (about 3 minutes).
  5. Turn and cook 2 minutes on the other side.
  6. Remove turkey to a plate.
