brine-soaked turkey chops

olive oil

cracked or ground pepper

  1. Remove the chops from the brine and dry them with a paper towel.
  2. Sprinkle both sides with the salt and pepper and place on the prepared grill.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
